Shipping policy
All U.S. orders are shipped for free! Items will ship 1-3 business days. Our goal is to get your items to you as soon as possible! Items that are listed as a pre-order may have a longer estimated ship date and will be listed in the item description. Please note, payments that need additional verification will result in longer shipping times. Shipping confirmations will be sent to the email provided and will include a tracking number. It may take up to 24 hours for your tracking number to begin working.
Items that are returned to sender for any reason will be responsible for the cost to re-ship the order to you. Please be sure that your shipping address is correct to avoid having items returned to sender. Contact redjacketboutique@gmail.com immediately if you realize your shipping address is incorrect and we will update it if your order has not shipped already. Red Jacket Boutique is not responsible for items lost due to an incorrect shipping address.
Please note that once the package is shipped, we cannot be held responsible for USPS delays due to weather, holidays, incorrect delivery location, etc. For questions regarding the location of your package when it is in-transit, please contact USPS directly.
Shipping Options:
- Free Standard Shipping: Applies to U.S. orders only. Orders will arrive within 3-7 business days. Insurance is not included.
- USPS Priority Shipping Upgrade ($6.95): Orders should arrive within 2-4 business days. Insurance for up to $100.00 is included through USPS.
- USPS Priority Mail Express Shipping ($24.95): Orders should arrive within 1-2 business days. Insurance for up to $100.00 is included through USPS.
