Refund policy
We know you'll love your items, but in the event that something doesn't work out, contact us right away so we can make it right! Excellent customer service is our top priority!
Items are inspected for defects prior to shipping, but in the event that you receive a defected or damaged item, please email a photo of the damage to redjacketboutique@gmail.com. Defects must be reported within 3 days of receiving the item. If something in your order is incorrect, please email us immediately so we can get it taken care of right away.
Return Policy:
- Returns will be accepted for in-store credit only, no refunds.
- All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Returns must be received by Red Jacket Boutique within 15 days of receipt, indicated by USPS tracking. Please allow up to 7-10 days for USPS to deliver the package to us.
- Any item marked final sale or items discounted over 20% off are not eligible for return or exchange. Please email redjacketboutique@gmail.com if you have questions regarding the return eligibility of your item(s).
- All accessories, leggings, bralettes, or other intimate apparel cannot be returned for health reasons.
- Shoes must be returned in the original shoe box. In addition to this, the shoe box must be placed in an additional box for return shipping. Please do not attach any labels or tape directly to the shoe box.
- All items for return must be received in original condition with any tags attached. Items must be free from make up, pet hair, odors, stains, etc.
- Store credit cannot be applied to shipping costs.
- Exchanges: Due to limited inventory, items cannot be held for exchange.
- Excessive returns may result in additional shipping charges.
Please review the above information to verify that your items is eligible for return. Return items can be sent to the return address on your shipping label. If you do not have your original packaging, please email redjacketboutique@gmail.com for the return address. Please include your order number, name on the order, email and reason for the return inside your package. Items without this information included may take longer to process.
Once we receive your return item(s), please allow 3-5 business days for processing. Store credit will be issued in the form of a gift card and will be emailed to the email address entered upon check out.
Items that are deemed ineligible for return will be subject to a $10 shipping fee to have the item shipped back to them.
